Kia Forte Koup amazing design

The Koup is the basis for the new Kia Forte sedan, which made its debut at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show. Both coupe and sedan production models are in Kia showrooms as of Summer 2009.

Kia Forte 2010 Incredible Technology

The LX and EX include a 2.0L CVVT engine and a standard 5-speed manual transmission (optional 4-speed automatic transmission). The SX has a 2.4L engine with a 6-speed manual or optional 5-speed automatic transmission.

Kia forte ex 2010 top pics and Specs

The vehicle was unveiled at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show.

It was designed by Kia design chief Peter Schreyer, former chief designer at Audi.

Forte shares the same platform as the Kia cee'd. It is based on the Kia Koup concept, a two-door coupe and was designed at Kia's design studio in California.

The Forte was launched in Singapore in February 2009 as the Fort of Kia Cerato, and also launched in Vietnam by Thac Group in April 2009 as "Kia Cerato Forte". It is still called the Kia Cerato, Australia and Russia
