2010 BMW X5 M full review

BMW has taken the high-performance Sport Activity Vehicle through extreme durability tests typical of M and BMW products. Slightly more mainstream than his brother BMW X6 M, the M provides the same utility as the regular X5, with the addition of M TwinPower Turbo V8, a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 delivers 555 horsepower at 5,750 rpm and maximum torque is 501 lb / ft, available between 1,500 and 5,650 rpm.

The sports activity vehicle can sprint from a stop to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds (or 4.2 seconds with 1 foot launch), according to tests in the U.S. Market.

The new iDrive system is noticeably better, but it still has some quirks, particularly using Gracenote's DB for music on the hard drive.
